SOSD’s Project SOUND: Sterilisation of Ubin and Neighbouring Dogs, aims to sterilise the community dogs on Pulau Ubin to keep the population stable. In addition, dogs are vaccinated to protect them against deadly viruses such as Distemper; and medical care rendered if required.

‘Like’ the new page set up to describe our efforts on Pulau Ubin!

Yesterday, we just said goodbye to one of the sweetest dogs on Pulau Ubin – Cookie; she succumbed to severe Tick Fever and Heartworm infection despite 2 months of treatment. Hopefully, with our efforts, the other sweet dogs on Ubin will be well taken care of!
