Personality: Buttercup was rescued with her baby pups, and after they had gotten adopted one by one, Buttercup ran out from her home and was lost for nearly 3 weeks. When we finally found her, the poor girl was skin and bones. She was so weak that she couldn’t run away when a stranger went and pick her up.

Since then, Buttercup has not been in the best of health, regurgitating her meals frequently and unable to keep any food down. She needed to be fed small meals throughout the day, to prevent her from vomitting.

Her blood tests also shows that she is very anaemic, and trial of medications had not seem to help much. Thankfully, she is starting to put on weight slowly. She’s still going to the vet every few days to have her blood levels checked, and further diagnostic tests will be required if her condition does not improve.
