Personality: Dipsy was rescued at a tender age of 4 months together with his siblings, Tinky and Winky,. While both of his siblings are happily adopted, Dipsy is still waiting for his forever home. He has gone on two homestays previously unfortunately those did not work out and he is now back at the shelter. We hope that Dipsy will be able to find an adopter or a fosterer that is willing to invest some time and patience in training him to be a good canine.
As a young dog, he is curious and loves exploring. He gets excited easily when he sees other dogs. Currently, Dipsy is at work at socialising with other dogs at the shelter, he even tries to initiate play with them.
His favourite pastime is asking for neck scratches from the volunteers. Once you give him one, he will repeatedly ask you for more. Although it may take awhile for him to warm up to strangers, once he builds the trust and bond with you, he will give you lots of sloppy kisses on the face. What a sweet and affectionate boy!
Dipsy generally walks well on the leash and is grass-trained. He is not afraid of vehicles passing by too!
Animal shelters are commonly a stressful place for most dogs. Nothing beats being in a comfortable and conducive environment. We hope someone would open their heart and home to Dipsy while he is still young!
