Sawyer
Sponsored by Lisa Teo
Gender: MaleHDB Approved: No
Estimated DOB: 15 Apr 2015
Personality: Poor Sawyer was returned after being adopted for a year, due to persistent skin problems. Thankfully, one of our volunteers stepped up to foster him, and he doesn’t have to return to shelter. He’s now on a strict diet and is definitely looking much better than when he was first returned!
Sawyer is a breeze to have in a home. He is fine with being left home alone, doesn’t chew on furniture, and is grass-trained. He is affectionate, but yet independent and does not demand for your attention when you are busy. He’s also very comfortable with being groomed and fussed over! He enjoys going for walks twice a day. He’s a really good boy, who needs a family willing to provide the care needed for his skin, and love him despite his skin condition. He can be a little protective over his toys and food, and may growl when other dogs approach, or when we take away his food when he’s not finished it. He otherwise gets along well with most dogs, and is very friendly with humans. Sawyer has gone through so much, and deserves a loving forever home.
