Remember Qian Qian?
This 2 legged beauty stole the hearts of thousands when she became a therapy dog in SOSD’s Healing Paws program. Despite being born with 2 legs, Qian Qian is spirited, and never gave up on life.
Today, we are even more delighted as we announce that she has found a family to call her own, forever! She has been happily adopted into a loving home.
“Qian Qian and I were meant to be! I had initially seen her adorable little face on the SOSD website 4 years ago when I was looking at adopting a dog for the first time. As much as I wanted her, I was worried a dog with special needs wouldn’t be the best idea given my work schedule and inexperience. So I rescued another dog instead. Fast forward to August 2018, i was ready for a second pup and had a helper to keep my dogs company whilst i work. Right away, i checked out SOSD and this little lady was still there 🙂
Within a week Lynette from SOSD and I got connected and met over the SG National day to meet QianQian at her fosterers. it was love at first sight♥ One week in, and things couldn’t be better, she is the sweetest, most affectionate, active, little pup and gets along amazingly with my first dog. Thank you SOSD, the fosterers and Lynette for all you do and all your help!”

Qian Qian has a happy ending today, only because of selfless volunteers who gave everything they can to help her along the way. Her fosterer, Linden Wee, and her helper Yanti, took care of Qian Qian for 3 years, while she awaited a home. Fosterers are the angels of homeless dogs, and save lives. Learn more about fostering.
