In collaboration with local chefs, Furama RiverFront presents a line-up of homecooks, chefs, and mixologists to please your food envy. Celebrate local talents by satisfying your palate with gastronomical delights.

Furama Hotels will be matching the amount of revenue generated from “I’ll Have What She’s Eating” from 31 October and 01 November to be donated to charity organisations chosen by the participating chefs. SOSD is most honoured to be chosen by participating chef – Mixtape Chef Kenneth Yong as his benefituary.

Kenneth is the chef behind the 6 year old private dining outfit, The Mixtape Chef. He started off serving the timeless authentic classics from places he travelled to and with a deeper understanding of the culture and historical relevance, he seeks to bring the world closer, one dish at a time through his menu Global Classics. Putting flavours first, he is always looking for ways to make things from scratch for maximum flavour control, such as homemade charcuterie, Sourdoughs, Beer and countless fermentation projects. His current focus is with the magical Koji mould and their new online store, Pistachio Everything.
