Alfred and Lucky
A pet is for life. Alfred, you demonstrate this so well with your love and dedication in taking care of Lucky, in his greatest time of need.

We met Lucky and Alfred in this video, showing Lucky volunteering at Flag Day to raise funds, and also helping people in need at SOSD’s Healing Paws program.

At that time, Lucky was diagnosed with mouth cancer, and his owner Alfred wanted to bring him to Flag Day 2016, one last time. That day, Lucky valiantly stood alongside the stormtroopers and did his duty proudly.

Today, Lucky has deteriorated, suffering multiple seizures. He cannot eat or drink on his own anymore, and has lost alot of weight. For all the love that he has brought to the world, it is now our turn, to show our love to Lucky as he walks the final steps on this Earth he loved so much.

Please keep Lucky in your prayers. Thank you, Alfred for teaching us what it means, to be a great pet owner.
