Shy Nala

“Two years ago our my husband and I decided to take Nala home with us to help her overcome her fears. She had developed a phobia of strangers and other dogs. She is still shy around strangers but has come a long way with the help of Simba, which is also a rescued dog. Dogs teach us more than we teach them! The two of them love to eat, play and hang out 24/7. It is never easy to handle fearful dogs in various situations, but these two made us realize how loving, giving and grateful rescued dogs can be. We have watched them grow from small, timid puppies to confident playful dogs.

They are now part of our lives – they attended our wedding – and we enjoy spending occasions such as Xmas with them. Now it’s hard to imagine life without them! Thank you, Nala for the amazing years of fun and laughter, kisses and cuddles and most of all, the endless love.”
