Meet Chuen Ling, SOSD’s Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR) ops officer – she is in charge of the various TNR projects which SOSD is involved in, including Fort Road, and UBIN DOGS – Project SOUND : Trap, Neuter, Release, Manage.
Ling is not paid staff. She does this immense scale of work as a volunteer. She is a lawyer and a director who quit her job three years ago and dedicated the past few years of her life to helping to solve the stray dog problem in Singapore. Her aim is to prove scientifically that TNR is a viable and humane option for stray dog population control.
