Meet Mac’s adopters, Anna and Joel.
“We saw SOSD’s adoption drive on Facebook and we decided to take a look. We couldn’t find any suitable puppies and were a little disappointed. Just before we left, we spotted Charissa holding onto Mac. It was a magical moment that cannot quite be explained but the moment we saw him, we knew he was the one. It was love at first sight.”
Under Charissa’s foster care, Mac was well trained and able to perform a few tricks. Mac was perfect for Anna and Joel who are first time paw parents.
Mac took a while to warm up to Anna and Joel.
“He was wary and afraid for us when we visited him at his fosterer’s house. However, by the 3rd visit, he was wagging his tail when we arrived. We were naturally delighted! We thought he would take a longer time to warm up to us and we were prepared for it, but we clicked.”
“We take him for walks in the mornings and evenings. At times, if the bar is relatively quiet, we’ll even bring him along while we have a few drinks.”
Mac has brought much love and happiness into Anna and Joel’s lives.
Our next adoption drive will be on 30th October (Sunday) from 12pm – 4pm.
