2017 brings new challenges, and on 11 March 2017, Marie Choo is taking on the most difficult challenge of her life – to run 50km rugged Lantau Island, Hong Kong – in a bid to raise $20,000 for SOSD’s dogs. Over the past four years, Marie has worked extensively with homeless dogs, and ran several fundraising campaigns. However, this is one of her most difficult task to date:
“Running is not easy for me and when I feel that it is tough, I will dig deep and think about how life is much harder for the stray and abandoned dogs in Singapore. The less fortunate dogs always inspires an underdog like me to persevere and never give up till I cross the finish line.” ~ Marie
